Adds Developments has officially entered the Egyptian real estate market, securing a land bank of over 220 feddans across East and West Cairo. The company is currently preparing to launch its inaugural project in East Cairo.

Market Entry

The company announced its expansion into Egypt, leveraging a land portfolio spanning more than 220 feddans. While the firm has not disclosed specific details regarding the first project’s value, sales targets, or launch date, it confirmed that the development will feature contemporary designs and flexible spaces.

Strategic Importance

Chairperson Abdullah Sohail stated that the company aims to integrate investment, construction, and facility management. By retaining ownership of select units, the firm intends to maintain oversight of projects long after the initial handover, focusing on long-term performance and operational sustainability.

Company Background

Adds Developments draws on two decades of experience in the UAE since 2003. Its founders have also been active in Egypt since 2015, managing contracting, asset management, and facility operations.

Future Outlook

The company plans to align its expansion with Egypt’s Vision 2030, targeting urban development opportunities. Following the East Cairo launch, the firm intends to develop its remaining land bank at regular intervals, expanding further into other parts of the capital.
