Airbus staff in Spain have officially backed the pre‑agreement negotiated with the Ministry of Industry and Tourism.

  • The internal vote recorded 10,269 votes in favor, representing 76.6% of participants.
  • Opposition stood at 2,710 votes (20.3%), with 399 abstentions (3%) and 182 null votes (1.2%).
  • The referendum, held over two days, confirms the deal reached on September 4.
  • Union sources say the result clears the path to settle the ongoing labor conflict.

With the workforce’s endorsement, Airbus Spain moves closer to finalising the settlement.
