At the recent Alamein Africa Forum, Central Bank of Egypt Governor Hassan Abdalla highlighted a critical path forward for the continent. Speaking to leaders and investors, he emphasized that Africa’s future depends on creating better jobs for its booming youth population. With roughly 12 million young people joining the workforce annually, he noted that equipping them with the right skills is essential to turning this demographic shift into a genuine economic asset.
