  2. First Project: They are kicking things off with Metrova, a mixed-use site in the MU23 area featuring offices, shops, and hotels.
  3. Solid Progress: The company has already paid over 80% of the land value for this first project.
  4. Expert Backing: They have signed on partners like Regus and Espresso Lab to ensure top-tier operations.
