A new digital initiative is changing how Egypt shapes its future. The “Egypt Forum 2026” website launched on October 1, and the public response has been incredible. In just three days, the site racked up over seven million views and attracted 40,000 registered users. It is designed to be a transparent space where citizens and experts can directly share their ideas on national policy ahead of the upcoming summit later this month.
So far, people have submitted over 5,000 proposals, covering everything from education to the labour market. The government has already reviewed and published 1,500 of these suggestions. This massive turnout shows that Egyptians are eager to help drive priorities like digital transformation and youth empowerment.
