Madinet Masr just announced the launch of ETAJE, the final residential project planned for Taj City in New Cairo. Spanning 26.4 feddans right along the Ring Road, this new development features 20 buildings with roughly 600 units, ranging from cozy one-bedroom apartments to spacious three-bedroom homes.
The project is designed with a focus on outdoor living, boasting beautiful green spaces, water features, and a 450-metre pedestrian walkway that connects the entire site. With a target sales value of EGP 6.6 billion, the company expects to finish construction in four years. This launch marks a major milestone, completing the final residential plot of the Taj City community while bringing a fresh, modern living option to the area.
