  • Lantis Securities and Investment Portfolio Management receives a licence for securities portfolio formation, investment‑fund management and underwriting.
  • Al Ahly Green Agricultural Investment Fund is authorised as an open‑ended agricultural fund, while El‑Manzlawy Venture Capital will focus on SPAC‑style acquisitions.
  • Custodial licences go to MNT‑Halan Financial Investments Holding and Azimut Egypt Investments, boosting market infrastructure.
