Safety Link Begins Operations at Alexandria’s New Ameria Dry Port

Safety Link for Shipping and Trade has officially taken the reins at the Ameria Dry Port in Alexandria. Owned by the National Service Projects Organization, this facility is already running its trial phase to boost regional logistics.

  1. Strategic Location: Situated near Alexandria and Dekheila ports, the site connects easily to major roads serving the Delta and Cairo.
  2. High Capacity: The port features a massive 75,000-square-metre container yard and advanced storage, including blast-freezing capabilities.
  3. Integrated Services: By housing customs, banks, and safety inspectors on-site, the port simplifies procedures for importers and exporters.

This new hub is set to streamline cargo flow and reduce pressure on maritime berths across the region.
