Milan is currently hosting a fascinating exhibition called Exercises in Empathy at the Triennale. This unique event brings together Catholic universities from around the globe to explore a thought-provoking concept: the idea of “spiritual machines.” It challenges visitors to think about how our modern, tech-driven lives intersect with the deep human need for something more transcendent.
By blending spatial design with philosophical inquiry, the exhibition invites everyone to reflect on how we find meaning in a digital age. It is a rare opportunity to see how academic communities are tackling the big questions about our souls and our gadgets, proving that even in a world obsessed with efficiency, our spiritual side remains a vital part of the conversation.
