Simplismart Secures $14 Million Series B to Expand AI Inference Platform

AI inference infrastructure startup Simplismart announced a $14 million Series B financing round on Tuesday, led by Dallas Venture Capital with participation from Nvidia, Accel, Shastra VC and Micromax.

The funding will be used to develop the company’s AI inference platform, broaden partnerships with cloud providers and sovereign AI projects, and increase its market presence in North America and other regions.

Simplismart provides software that links AI models to GPU hardware. Its modular inference engine lets customers configure models for speed, cost and performance, while an orchestration layer handles deployment and scaling across cloud and on‑premise environments.

“We have spent four years building the software layer between the model and the GPU, helping customers optimise how their workloads are deployed and operated,” said Amritanshu Jain, co‑founder and CEO of Simplismart. “This funding will allow us to take that platform to more enterprises and cloud providers globally.”

The company reported a 14‑fold increase in its annualised revenue run rate over the past six months. Clients include HeyGen, Higgsfield, InVideo, Shiprocket, Apna and Ema, which use the platform for video, voice, multimodal and enterprise AI workloads.

Business Model and Partnerships

Simplismart works with Nvidia to deliver AI infrastructure for cloud providers. Unlike firms that own GPU capacity, Simplismart does not hold compute assets; it supplies the software layer that enables third‑party GPU fleets to run production AI workloads. This positions the firm as an enabler for data centres and allows cloud providers to offer managed AI services under their own brands without building the software stack from scratch.

Investor Perspective

Dayakar Puskoor, managing partner at Dallas Venture Capital, said the firm is “rapidly emerging as a global player helping enterprises run AI workloads more efficiently, while enabling cloud providers to turn GPU capacity into scalable services.” He added that the investors are backing Simplismart for its technical expertise and execution capabilities.
