Funding Activity in Food and Enterprise AI
Beyond the public markets, private investment continues across the startup ecosystem. Gurugram-based snack brand Troovy secured Rs 100 crore in a Series B funding round led by Fireside Ventures, with contributions from Sharrp Ventures and other investors. Founded in 2023 by Mansi Baranwal and Aditya Mukherjee, the company intends to use the capital to increase manufacturing capacity and scale distribution through quick commerce and offline channels. Troovy markets products such as vacuum-cooked potato chips, sauces, and millet pasta, emphasizing lower oil content and the absence of synthetic preservatives.
Separately, Bengaluru-based enterprise AI startup QwikBuild raised $2.3 million in pre-seed funding. The round included participation from Globalway Inc, Blume Ventures, Marsshot, DeVC, and angel investors such as Groww founder Lalit Keshre and Cure.fit founder Ankit Nagori. Alongside the funding, QwikBuild announced a joint venture with the publicly listed Japanese firm Globalway to facilitate its entry into the Japanese enterprise market.
Meanwhile, industry leaders gathered at TechSparks 2026 to address the challenges of digital content consumption.
