Stelcore Group Outlines Strategy for Global Brand Expansion

Stelcore Group helps businesses enter international markets by consolidating logistics, payments, and regulatory compliance into a single operational framework. Founder and Chairman Bharat Mandot presented the company’s approach at the TechSparks 2026 event, detailing how the platform allows brands to reach global customers without establishing separate entities in each destination country.

Streamlining Cross-Border Operations

Stelcore provides infrastructure that connects trade, compliance, and technology. The company acts as an importer and seller of record for its clients, managing warehouse allocation, last-mile delivery, and return processes. This model intends to simplify the expansion process for brands, which otherwise face the burden of navigating local laws and supply chain logistics in every new market. According to company data, Stelcore has supported over 30,000 brands and sellers from India during its 14-year history. Its operations currently span more than 14 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Australia, and South Korea.

Compliance and Documentation Tools

Beyond logistics, the company offers a compliance assessment tool designed to help brands navigate destination-market requirements. This tool identifies necessary product certifications, packaging standards, labeling rules, and import procedures. Mandot stated that the tool is available at no cost and allows sellers to assess requirements for specific product categories within 15 minutes. The platform also features a centralized repository for product information, such as HSN codes, to assist brands in responding to inquiries from customs authorities and logistics providers. This documentation management aims to reduce the likelihood of shipment delays.
