Wealthtech Startup PowerUp Money Secures $10 Million for AI Expansion

Bengaluru-based wealth management platform PowerUp Money has raised $10 million in a funding round led by Flourish Ventures. Existing investors, including Peak XV Partners, Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures, and DeVC, participated in the financing.

The company plans to deploy the capital to scale its artificial intelligence-driven wealth management tools, expand its managed advisory business, and develop personalized financial planning services for the Indian market. The startup currently reports over 1.5 million customers using its platform to track mutual fund portfolios valued at more than ₹2.5 lakh crore.

Expanding Digital Wealth Services

PowerUp Money, founded in 2025 by Prateek Jindal, aims to transition into a full-stack financial planning provider. The platform is moving beyond its initial focus on mutual fund tracking to integrate digital advisory services and managed wealth solutions.

The company recently launched Elite Prime, a digital wealth advisory service featuring an AI-powered coach. This tool assists users with portfolio management by analyzing financial goals, risk profiles, and existing holdings. Additionally, the startup is scaling its managed wealth product, Infinite, which provides personalized portfolio construction, multi-asset allocation, and dedicated adviser support. PowerUp Money reports that the Infinite service has reached approximately ₹500 crore in assets under management within nine months of its launch.

Strategic Growth and AI Integration

The startup intends to use a significant portion of the new funding to enhance its AI-powered wealth management capabilities. According to CEO Prateek Jindal, the goal is to provide a comprehensive, digital experience that mimics traditional wealth management at a lower cost. The firm currently operates a subscription-based model called PowerUp Elite, which serves over 100,000 paid members.
