Fractal Analytics reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 79.2 crore for the second quarter ending September 2026, more than double the Rs 33.2 crore profit recorded during the same period last year. The company attributed the financial growth to improved margins and increased operational efficiency.
Consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs 956.5 crore, a 19.7% increase from the Rs 798.5 crore reported in the September 2025 quarter. This performance marks the first time the company has surpassed $100 million in quarterly revenue in U.S. dollar terms.
Growth Drivers and Sector Performance
The company’s Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) division served as the primary driver for revenue growth, recording a 79% year-over-year increase. The Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) vertical also contributed to the results, growing 30% compared to the previous year. Fractal’s largest segment, Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail (CPGR), saw an 11% year-over-year increase.
Srikanth Velamakanni, co-founder and group CEO of Fractal Analytics, stated that the company is positioning itself to capitalize on the increasing capability and decreasing cost of AI models. He noted that as these technologies advance, companies will face greater risks if they do not integrate AI into their decision-making processes.
Future Outlook
Fractal Analytics anticipates continued demand as AI technology becomes more accessible to enterprises. The company intends to maintain its current trajectory by focusing on its core verticals, specifically the HLS and BFSI sectors, which have demonstrated sustained growth over recent quarters.
Why it matters: The company’s ability to cross the $100 million revenue threshold highlights the growing global corporate reliance on AI-driven decision-making. For emerging markets and the Middle East, where digital transformation is a priority, this trend underscores the potential for AI firms to scale rapidly as businesses prioritize advanced analytics to remain competitive.
