AI Marketing Startup Live2.ai Secures ₹130 Cr in Funding

Bengaluru-based Live2.ai is expanding its global footprint after securing ₹130 crore ($13.7 million) in a pre-Series B funding round. The investment, led by IvyCap Ventures, includes a mix of fresh capital and secondary shares that provide liquidity to early investors.

The startup, which provides an AI-powered SaaS platform for monitoring marketing engagement, intends to use the capital to enhance its technology and grow its international presence. CEO and co-founder J Venkat stated that the funding will allow the company to bridge the gap between identifying market trends and taking action for enterprise clients across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Platform Capabilities and Expansion

Founded by J Venkat, Neha Suyal, and Yash Arora, the company provides a social intelligence platform that tracks conversations across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and X. The software integrates social listening, trend identification, influencer content auditing, and performance tracking. A key feature of the platform is its deployment of eight AI agents, which handle tasks ranging from crisis detection to automated campaign responses.

Live2.ai reports a fourfold increase in revenue over the past 12 months. Currently, only 10% of its revenue originates from the Indian market, reflecting a strong international client base that includes brands such as Henkel, Drools, and Enamor. The company plans to utilize the new funds to strengthen its go-to-market strategy for enterprise customers and expand regional cloud infrastructure. Recruitment efforts are also underway to add staff in engineering, data science, and customer success across its key markets.

Industry Context

The marketing technology sector is seeing increased consolidation and investment as organizations seek to automate workflows. Adobe recently acquired agentic AI startup Rilo, while MoEngage purchased Aampe to bolster its own marketing capabilities. Other new ventures, such as Nutanix co-founder Ajeet Singh’s startup Different, are also entering the space to automate demand generation.
