The Industrial Modernisation Center (IMC) has signed a cooperation protocol with Corporate Stack Solutions to help Egyptian industrial SMEs adopt digital tools.
What is the purpose of the agreement?
The protocol aims to enable local factories to implement enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other digital applications through locally developed software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) offered on a monthly subscription basis.
Who signed the pact?
The agreement was signed by IMC Executive Director Ayman Elbayaa and Corporate Stack CEO Mohamed Abdeen, in the presence of officials from the industrial and IT sectors.
How will the partnership work?
IMC will provide technical and supervisory support and a package of facilities to ensure sustainable implementation. Corporate Stack will supply customised SaaS solutions at preferential rates, install and train users within 60‑90 days, and offer continuous technical support throughout the contract.
Why focus on SMEs?
Abdeen said digital tools are essential for small and medium‑sized enterprises to manage resources, operations and data, but solutions must be simple and affordable for their business models.
What broader goals does the initiative serve?
The effort supports Egypt’s push toward Industry 4.0, aiming to improve operational efficiency, cut costs and enhance competitiveness of factories in local and international markets.
