Nutrition Startup Ace Blend Secures $9.91 Million in Series A2 Funding

Ace Blend, a science-led nutrition company, raised $9.91 million in a Series A2 funding round led by venture capital firm 3one4 Capital. Existing investor Fireside Ventures, which previously led the company’s $3.3 million pre-Series A round, also participated in the latest funding.

The company plans to use the capital to support research-led product development and the commercial launch of patented nutrition formats. The first of these products is scheduled for release in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2027.

Company Background and Operations

Founded in 2018, Ace Blend develops supplements for heart health, immunity, sleep, recovery, and brain health. The company states its development process prioritizes clinical evidence to determine nutrient forms, dosages, and delivery methods. Co-founder Saif Mehkri, who joined in 2022, contributes nearly 30 years of industry experience to the operations.

According to the company, it maintains control over sourcing, formulation, and manufacturing. Clinical validation and automated testing are performed by accredited laboratories in Europe. Ace Blend also holds exclusive rights in India to specific technologies through partnerships with ingredient suppliers DSM and TCI.

Ace Blend reported 300% growth in fiscal year 2026, with a customer retention rate exceeding 46%. 3one4 Capital managing partner Pranav Pai stated the investment was driven by the company’s focus on formulations tailored to Indian needs and its commitment to consistent quality.

Market Context and Regulation

The funding round occurs during a period of increased investment in the Indian nutrition sector. Other recent market activity includes funding for companies such as TruNativ, Supply6, and The Stack. These investments highlight a trend toward prioritizing product innovation and differentiated formulations.
