Two Point O Capital (TW.O), a clean energy deployment platform, secured $10 million in a funding round. Transition Venture Capital led the investment, with participation from Omnivore and individual investors Chiranjeev Singh Saluja and Sudhir M Reddy. The company intends to allocate this capital toward battery energy storage systems and its existing solar and wastewater treatment services.

Separately, the Competition Commission of India (CCI) approved a proposal by Dutch investment firm Prosus to acquire a stake in the fintech company Navi Ltd. The deal involves MIH Payments Holdings BV acquiring shares in the Sachin Bansal-led firm, allowing Prosus to expand its footprint in the Indian digital financial sector.

In the private equity sector, the ValueQuest Tristar Fund announced it raised over Rs 2,100 crore for investment in advanced manufacturing. The fund reached this total within 15 months of its initial close, exceeding its original fundraising target. The fund focuses on aerospace, defense, precision engineering, and energy transition manufacturing.

Additionally, Razorpay secured its final licence from the IFSCA to manage cross-border payments from GIFT City. The company stated that its platform now supports international collections and multi-currency accounts. This development follows a 56 percent year-on-year increase in Indian residents investing in overseas stocks and debt during the 2026 fiscal year.
