Starbucks Japan Launches Holiday Drinkware Collection at Tokyo Reserve Roastery

Starbucks Japan has released a new line of holiday-themed drinkware at its Reserve Roastery location in Tokyo. The products, which feature festive designs, are currently available for purchase as part of the company’s seasonal campaign.

November 2

The company began its transition to holiday offerings by introducing a new Frappuccino with optional Christmas toppings. This rollout coincided with the launch of the Reserve Roastery’s holiday merchandise collection, which centers on the theme “Decorate your holiday season.” The items incorporate pearl motifs and glittery designs.

Product Details

The collection includes several stainless steel drink bottles, with capacities ranging from 355 to 473 milliliters. Prices start at 3,300 yen for stemmed glasses and reach 7,200 yen for a drink bottle featuring a pearl-style strap. Other items include mugs inspired by “Christmas boots”—a common Japanese holiday decoration—and “Harvest White” and “Pink and Copper” designs. The lineup also features a 296-milliliter double-wall glass, stemmed glasses modeled after the Roastery’s coffee bean silos, and various ornaments, bag charms, and corduroy pouches.

Current Availability

The holiday collection is available exclusively at the Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Tokyo’s Nakameguro neighborhood. The retailer aims to provide consumers with options for both gifts and personal use during the upcoming winter season.

Why it matters: The expansion of holiday-themed merchandise in premium locations like the Reserve Roastery highlights Starbucks’ strategy of leveraging seasonal marketing to drive consumer interest. For international markets, including those in the Middle East, such product launches demonstrate how global brands adapt holiday themes to suit local cultural preferences and consumer habits.
