Italian filmmaker Fabio Genovesi has begun production on “Cose preziose,” a new horror series that will debut with the title “Neri Pozza.” The project is set in the historic house once owned by American author Anne Rivers Siddons, which will serve as the series’ primary location. Genovesi said the setting provides an authentic backdrop for the supernatural themes he plans to explore.
The first installment, “Neri Pozza,” is scheduled for release later this year. Production crews have been filming interior scenes in Siddons’ former residence, adapting the space to fit the series’ dark aesthetic. Industry observers note that the collaboration between Genovesi and the iconic house could attract both horror fans and literary enthusiasts.
