Spanish technology group Amper and the investment firm Hyperion are in advanced negotiations to acquire Advanced Radar Technologies (ART). The deal is valued at 40 million euros, with an additional 5 million euros contingent on performance targets, according to market sources cited by El Confidencial.
Hyperion is promoted by former Partido Popular president Pablo Casado and Ricardo Gómez-Acebo Botín. The acquisition would see the two firms take control of the radar systems manufacturer. Neither Amper nor Hyperion has released an official statement confirming the final terms of the transaction at this time.
