A new free music recording studio, OARecords, is opening inside the Salaborsa library in Bologna. The facility aims to provide accessible production resources to the public. An inauguration event is scheduled for October 17, featuring a music parade and live performances starting at 8:00 p.m.
This initiative expands the cultural services offered by the historic library, which serves as a central hub for community activities in the city. City officials and library management stated that the studio is designed to support local artists and musicians by removing financial barriers to high-quality recording equipment.
