HTG Signs Five Partnerships to Expand Real Estate Portfolio to Nine Projects

Hometown Group (HTG) announced on Thursday that it has signed five cooperation agreements with specialist firms in interior design, landscaping, façade lighting and property management. The contracts were concluded with The Design Avenue, Studio K, OKOPLAN Landscaping, Archi Light (part of Three Brothers) and Namaa, each providing expertise to support HTG’s integrated development strategy.

Chairperson Diaa El‑Din Farag said the collaborations are central to HTG’s plan to deliver projects that meet evolving market needs and generate long‑term value. CEO Tarek Bahaa outlined a five‑year roadmap focused on delivery commitments, project completion, operations, customer experience, quality standards and partnership growth. The group now oversees nine projects across four sectors, built over nine years, and will use the new partners to accelerate construction, enhance operational readiness and preserve asset quality.
