Barcelona proved once again that they are in a league of their own, crushing Real Madrid with a historic 7-0 victory at the Camp Nou. Even without their legendary star Alexia Putellas, who moved to London this summer, and with current Ballon d’Or winner Aitana Bonmatí starting on the bench, the Catalan side looked unstoppable. It was a masterclass performance that left the visitors struggling to keep up from the very first whistle.
Led by Patri’s brilliant playmaking and Claudia Pina’s incredible finishing, Barcelona dominated the pitch completely. By halftime, they were already up 5-0, with fans doing the wave in the stands. This massive win extends their lead over Madrid to five points, highlighting the huge gap between the two teams.
