Tagbin Launches AI-Powered Platform to Streamline Construction Planning

Tagbin executives unveiled an artificial intelligence platform named BRIXX at the TechSparks 2026 event. The tool is designed to reduce construction delays and cost overruns by consolidating architectural design, building information modeling (BIM), and project estimation into a single, natural-language workflow.

TechSparks 2026 Demonstration

During the event, Tagbin co-founders Saurav Bhaik and Ankit Sinha presented the platform’s capabilities. Bhaik stated that the construction industry struggles with digitization, noting that traditional processes rely on disconnected systems where architectural drawings, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) plans, and cost estimates often fail to integrate. He argued that current BIM software adoption is hindered by the high level of specialized expertise required to operate it.

Platform Functionality

Sinha demonstrated how users can generate complex building models by uploading reference images or using text prompts. The software translates these inputs into three-dimensional models that include structural elements, foundations, and excavation plans. The system also accounts for specific environmental factors, such as soil-bearing strength and water table levels, when generating these plans. Furthermore, the platform integrates MEP components, including HVAC systems, electrical layouts, and plumbing configurations.

Design Modification

The demonstration showed the platform’s ability to adjust designs in response to real-time user input. When Sinha requested the addition of a tower connected by a skybridge, the system regenerated the model to incorporate the change. The software also aims to navigate varying regional building regulations automatically, streamlining a process that typically requires manual oversight.

Current Status

Tagbin is positioning BRIXX as a solution to unify disparate construction disciplines. By allowing users to communicate with the system through plain language, the company intends to lower the barrier to entry for professional-grade building design and project scheduling.
