Two Point O Capital (TW.O), an AI-driven platform for commercial and industrial clean energy deployment, has secured $10 million in a funding round led by Transition Venture Capital. The company announced the financing on Wednesday. Existing investor Omnivore and angel investors Chiranjeev Singh Saluja and Sudhir M Reddy also contributed to the round.
Founded in 2024 by Archit Mehrotra, Karan Bhutani, Manya Ranjan, and Shashidhar Reddy, the startup provides a full-stack service for clean energy infrastructure. The platform combines financing, technology, and project execution. TW.O reported that its assets under management have grown by 1.5 times every quarter for the last three quarters. The company utilizes a proprietary AI and machine learning platform for underwriting, project solutioning, and asset monitoring.
Expansion Plans and Market Strategy
The company stated that the new capital will support expansion into additional asset classes, specifically battery energy storage systems (BESS). It also plans to deepen its existing operations in solar energy, energy efficiency, and wastewater treatment. TW.O intends to target sectors with high energy and water demands, such as data centers, automotive, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and healthcare.
Yashodhara Bakliwal, vice president of investment at Transition Venture Capital, said the startup addresses the capital expenditure barrier for businesses. Bakliwal noted that by managing the integration of complex, fragmented ecosystems, the platform allows clients to focus on core operations rather than infrastructure management.
Industry Context
TW.O partners with original equipment manufacturers and engineering, procurement, and construction firms across India. Its client base includes companies such as Godrej, JK Tyre, Morepen Pharma, Wipro, and Phoenix Mills. CEO Karan Bhutani stated that the funding will accelerate the company’s objective to become a multi-asset and multi-solution platform for commercial and industrial customers in India.
