The Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) signed a memorandum of understanding to advance youth entrepreneurship and fintech innovation. The agreement, witnessed by Minister Gohar Nabil and FRA Chairperson Islam Azzam, aims to provide young Egyptians with training, mentorship, and access to the FRA’s regulatory sandbox to develop their business ideas.
Under the partnership, the two entities will conduct workshops and awareness sessions across Egypt’s governorates focused on non-banking financial services and business development. The initiative intends to connect emerging entrepreneurs with incubators, venture capital funds, and investors.
