Direct-to-consumer nutrition brand Ace Blend has raised $9.9 million in a Series A2 funding round. The investment was led by 3one4 Capital, with participation from existing investor Fireside Ventures. The startup intends to utilize the capital to conduct clinical trials, enhance supply chain operations, and expand its research and development initiatives.
Clinical Research and Product Development
Founder and CEO Shivam Hingorani stated the company will partner with contract research organizations to conduct clinical trials. Results from these studies are intended for publication in peer-reviewed international journals. The company also plans to implement shelf-stability studies to build long-term safety data for its product line.
Ace Blend, founded in 2018, offers approximately 14 stock-keeping units, including plant-based protein powders and functional supplements targeting heart, brain, and gut health. Hingorani noted the company is developing new formulations, including products focused on inflammation reduction and gut health, in collaboration with specialists. The company manages a vertically integrated model covering ingredient sourcing, formulation, and manufacturing. It plans to automate testing mechanisms to monitor nutritional accuracy and detect pesticide residues or heavy metals in each production batch.
Market Growth and Future Outlook
The startup reported 300% growth in fiscal year 2026, with a repeat purchase rate of nearly 48%. Currently, 50% of revenue originates from its website, with the remainder generated through ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and Blinkit. The company is targeting an annual recurring revenue of ₹250-300 crore over the next 12 to 18 months.
The dietary supplements market in India is expanding as consumer awareness regarding preventive healthcare increases. This growth has attracted significant investor interest, with other brands in the sector also securing capital to fund product expansion and research.
